Welcome to ZMAK Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website zmaknetwork.com, including all Pay-Per-View (PPV) streaming services, content, and features (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Device Limit & Login Policy

Each user is allowed to be logged into their account on up to two (3) devices at the same time.
If a user attempts to log in from a fourth (4th) device, access will only be granted after a waiting period of forty (40) days has passed since the last device change or device logout.

Logging out an already connected device through the login page is subject to a cooldown period of forty (40) days. During this cooldown period, users will not be able to remove another device in order to log in from a new one.

This policy is implemented to enhance account security and to prevent unauthorized or abusive use of the service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to access PPV content.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Purchases

  • PPV events are one-time digital purchases granting access to specific content.

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include VAT where required by EU law.

  • Access to PPV content is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

4.1 No Refund Policy for Digital Content

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, by purchasing PPV digital content and explicitly consenting to immediate access, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the streaming access has begun.

  • All PPV sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g. technical failure attributable to us).

5. Streaming Access and Availability

  • PPV content is provided on an “as available” basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.

  • Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Service, including videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of ZMAK Network or its licensors.

  • Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

  • You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, stream publicly, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell PPV access credentials

  • Record, rebroadcast, or pirate streamed content

  • Circumvent DRM, security, or access controls

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with the Service’s operation or servers

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law:

  • ZMAK Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant PPV event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Disclaimer

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which ZMAK Network is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Consumers residing in the EU retain all mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
